At RTR Vehicles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in new, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
